All recordings produced for our customers
will be the property of our customers. You will retain
the copyright, so you can copy and do what ever you want with your
song.
Mousehole Music will retain the publishing rights to it's portion of any and all compositions. In the event that any song is later used in any way that results in monetary gain, either from the copyright holder or the publisher, Mousehole Music will negotiate for and share said monies with the copyright holder.
If Mousehole Music is simply producing a recording of your already existing song, all rights and publishing will remain with the song's composer/writers.
IMPORTANT -READ THIS !!
A 25% , non-refundable deposit is required for all transactions.
We take this seriously, and put a lot of time
and effort into each production.
We need to be compensated for our efforts, and
do not want to spend weeks on a song for nothing!
