In June 1991, a promoter complained in The Record, Canada's music industry magazine, that none of her unsigned bands got reviews in the paper. The editor replied that to be reviewed, an act needed to have product out. We had sent our cd in a couple of months before, with no review. So Ian wrote this to the editor:
