ONE MORE TIME
Lyrics: Mary Ellen Moore
Music: Mary Ellen Moore & Ian McLeish
1.
You make me feel so fine, I want you all of the time
This heart of mine's gonna break, if from this dream we should wake
To find - find our love is not so real.
2.
But we can get through this craze, all it takes is me to be brave
I'll hold on to all that you've given 'cause you and I were meant
to be livin'
Together - that's how it will be for us together.
Bridge.
See how the world is turning around us
Love is alive, we are the words that say
Come on, let go and give it a try -
Some of us have it, some of us don't -
We live in blindness, all of us won't let it go -
Spinning round and round...
3.
Yes there's gonna be some bad days now
When misery will be like a haze -
But we can walk right into that blindess
And use our love to show a little kindness
To each other -
Whatever the weather, forever.

One More Time - Ottawa, Winter 1989.
Mary Ellen had all the words and the music for
the verses herself. All I added was the music for the bridge and the suggestion
to re-work one of the verses' lyrics to fit the bridge. It was painless,
fast and fun - in half an hour we had a finished song!
